You can reach on foot both Brera (the artistits quarter) both the main cinemas and theatres.


The flat has refined furniture, a little entrance, a living-room zone and an "alcove" zone with two beds that, if approached, can become a double-bed, the bath has a luminous window, bidet and shower.

There is also air conditioner, television, frigo and a cooking place to warm tea ,coffee or something else.


If requested, it is possible to rent a box for auto in the same building (out of the price of the room).


Sheets are changed every three days,but every day is garanteed the cleaning of the room and the changing of bath-towels
